How the Hats Off to Chemo hat was born

The sleep cap or better known as the "Hats Off to Chemo" cap. We were looking for a design that provided men and women a light weight, soft and easy to maintain cap. That's when a man came forward and sent us a hat that he said was perfect for us. It was a cap that he wore while riding his motorcycle. He let us take the cap apart and create a pattern. We took the pieces to a small quilt shop "The Quilt Place" in Shakespeare, where the owner helped us finish the design and make up a few models to try out.

Our new design has been widely accepted as a wonderful addition to the lineup of free headwear supplied by Hats Off to Chemo.

It is also a testament to the wonderful support we receive from caring and giving people.
