- Hats Off to Chemo is a non-profit organization that collects hats from celebrities, corporations and individuals and distributes them to children and adults undergoing chemotherapy and radiation therapy. The charity has distributed 30,000 hats across Ontario since 2000.
- Hats Off to Chemo distributes the hats through regional cancer centers, cancer camps and cancer support groups, with which they maintain ongoing working relationships. A number of hats are also made available to family members, especially in the case of donations to children, to help provide moral support.
- Hat donations are accepted at the Hats Off to Chemo head office at 36 Regent Street, Shakespeare, Ontario,N0B 2P0.

- Hats Off to Chemo was founded in 1999 by Tammy Burton and Charlie Higgins, in honour of a friend who was diagnosed with cancer.
